You click on Catalogue select your kind of outfit, fill the order form carefully (Detailed information definitely helps us to understand you better), and your outfit is with you.

You can issue a Bank Draft/Banker's Cheque payable to Gopalsons Exports Pvt. Ltd.,, New Delhi, India as the most convenient mode of payment to enable us to instantly commence processing your order. We accept payment by all major credit cards. But it helps if you make sure that your credit card company ensures immediate authorisation of payment to us, prior to shipment of order. Your order cannot be processed till we receive the authorisation.

International personal cheques can take up to 4 weeks for clearance in New Delhi. We therefore do not recommend this mode of payment unless you can wait till your cheque is cleared. For this reason, we recommend Bank Draft as a mode of payment.

Many countries do not charge duty on garments for personal use. Other countries charge a very nominal duty. However these levies, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Most of the orders are processed and dispatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide upto 4 weeks for processing your order. Because most items are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional methods, they may occasionally be in short supply. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.

We use the international air couriers to ensure you order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 72-96 hours of despatch, but these times may vary depending on where you are located.
